Photographer Felice Fawn

Felice Fawn

I was just looking through some photographers or modelmayhem and came across Felice Fawn.. never heard of her before but her work is stunning. She is the owner of a MIRRIN magazine http://www.mirrinmagazine.com/ take a look it's pretty interesting.. Just thought her images were very inspiring and gorgeous use of colour and lighting even though most of them seem to be on location outside in a forest or somewhere!

Here are some of her images i really loved..

My work in the style of Lula..

This was a project we did where we were given a garment and had to revamp it. It had to be for a particular magazine (of our choice) which our garment and photoshoot would suit and let itself well to. I chose Lula Magazine as I felt it belonged there the most with the soft floral prints and pearls. We also had to think about how to make our garment up to date with current trends etc...I was given a plain white round neck mens t-shirt from primark!... Here what I did with it...

Lula Magazine..

Lula is probably my favourite magazine although I do like the obvious Vogue, ELLE, Harpers too however I do think it's important not to stick to the same ones... I have a subscription to both Vogue and Lula magazine but often buy others when I see them such as Love, Nylon, AnOther, ID, Wonderland, Bon and the list goes on...
Lula is very girly and playful... it has a lot of references to fantasy and fairytale and the pictures reflect this... similar to Tim Walkers in a way.

Lula ..

First post ever...

Tim Walker has a very distinct style which I have grown to love... his images evoke fairytale, enchantment and fantasy and allow you to build up a story to the picture. Tim Walker brings colour to life and I feel he gives fashion photography more of an edge as he tends to use very interesting backgrounds and never just a plain studio wall...You can tell a lot of effort goes into every detail.. Ultimatly I love his pictures because they are girly, creative and enchanting.

Ok so I have no idea how to blog or what to say! So I am going to start off with some pictures that inspire me for different reasons....
